S21 Global Alliance Database – the world’s biggest CSAM intelligence database with 2.5 BILLION records!

The current situation

Law enforcement agencies struggle to keep up with the deluge of child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Categorisation and reporting processes are mostly manual and inconsistent across the globe. All too frequently, one image or video is investigated by multiple forces; each not realising that another force is working, or has worked, on identifying the same child. This wastes precious resources which could be redirected to rescuing other victims. Enter the S21 Global Alliance Database (S21 GAD).

What is the S21 GAD?

It is a fully encrypted, free to use, CSAM grading and victim identification powerhouse. Its
staggering 2.5 BILLION records is at least ten times the size of anything else available, and it
is growing rapidly. The database can be utilised during categorisation, through the ground-
breaking tool that S21 LASERi-X is. Also, the database is available during triage through S21
Discovery, hence bringing victim identification to the forefront of every CSAM investigation.

How can it help me with my investigations?

It brings you countless benefits. Its current user community has reported: significant
reductions in categorisation time; invaluable assistance in finding trends or patterns to
reveal organised crime; and a substantial reduction in viewing harmful imagery, thereby
providing better protection of the mental wellbeing of investigators. Its benefit-cost ratio is
astounding, particularly given that access to the S21 GAD is completely free of charge.

How accurate is the database?

No database can claim, in good faith, to achieve 100% accuracy. However, the S21 GAD uses
multiple verification steps, to get as close to 100% as possible. All its data goes through a
multi-vote system, to facilitate self-cleansing; with 2.5 billion records currently in the
database, this system gives accuracy the best chance! As with any database, we always
recommend human verification of results.

Is this a replacement for the Project VIC database or UK CAID?

Absolutely not! The aim of the S21 GAD is to complement the Project VIC database or UK
CAID
, or any local intelligence database. We encourage you to use local intelligence
alongside the S21 GAD. Local and country-specific databases are local and restricted to the
area or country which they serve. With the S21 GAD being worldwide, there are no
restrictions regarding local intelligence, and intelligence can be shared and used across the
globe, to allow for swift justice worldwide. Also, the S21 GAD is updated more often, and
offers richer intelligence, than any other international CSAM database. It dwarfs the nearest
database!

How do I get involved?

Uploading into the database is completely secure, and no images or videos are exchanged,
only the hash values. You can get involved, free of charge, directly with Semantics 21.
Simply email [email protected], to arrange gaining access to the S21 GAD, and reap its
benefits when processing CSAM cases within your agency. From then onwards, the
powerhouse (that is the S21 GAD) will bring all your CSAM investigations into the 21st
century.
