Hub rules
Who The Hub is for
The Cyber Social Hub is a members-only community for people who work in digital investigations: forensic examiners, OSINT analysts, law enforcement, incident responders, attorneys and the people who support them. Every member is approved by our team. You must be 18 or older.
1. Be respectful
No harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, sexual content or personal attacks. Disagree with ideas, not people. We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members.
2. No selling or spam
No unsolicited advertising, sales pitches, affiliate links or repeated self-promotion. Sponsors appear in the places set aside for them.
3. Nothing confidential from cases
Never post case details, evidence, victim or witness information, or anyone's personal data. No doxxing. Illegal content, including any child sexual abuse material, is removed at once and reported to the authorities.
4. Share responsibly
Talk about tools and techniques for lawful work. Don't share malware, stolen data, pirated software or help with breaking the law.
Reporting and blocking
Use Report on any post, comment or private conversation that breaks these rules, on the website or in the app. Our moderators review reports promptly and remove anything that breaks them. You can also block any member: you won't see their posts, comments or messages, and they can't message you.
If the rules are broken
We may remove the content, pause the member's posting, or remove the member from The Hub. Serious or repeated breaks lead to removal without warning.
